Wilson's disease (maintenance)

150-300 mg daily (elemental zinc) divided BID-TDS

Long-term

Zinc deficiency

80 mg elemental zinc daily

Long-term

Maximum daily dose: 300 mg/day elemental zinc (Wilson's); 40-50 mg/day (supplementation)
