Adult Dosing

Pediatric Dosing

Age Range: >2 years (AVOID <2 years: respiratory depression risk)
Dose: 0.1 mg/kg/dose; max 25 mg/dose
Max/day: 50-100 mg/day

Use with extreme caution in young children (respiratory suppression black box warning)
