Adult Dosing

UTI

200 mg PO BD × 3-7 days

Bacterial diarrhea

200 mg PO BD × 3 days

Typhoid

400 mg PO BD × 7-14 days (resistance now common)

Pediatric Dosing

Age Range: Generally avoid <18y
Dose: Same cautions as ciprofloxacin
