- Asthma (chronic, prophylaxis)
- Allergic rhinitis (seasonal/perennial)

Asthma/AR
10 mg PO once daily evening
Pediatric Dosing
Age Range: >1 year
Dose: 1-5y: 4 mg chewable OD evening; 6-14y: 5 mg OD; ≥15y: 10 mg OD
