Tablet 250/500mg +2

Indications

Adult Dosing

Dysmenorrhea

500 mg PO loading, then 250 mg every 6 hours during menses

2-3 days

Pain

250-500 mg PO TDS, max 7 days

Maximum daily dose: 1500 mg/day, max 7 days

Pediatric Dosing

Age Range: >6 months
Dose: 6.5 mg/kg every 6-8 hours
Max/day: 50 mg/kg/day

Limit to 7 days
