Indications
- Hypertension (often as add-on)
- Mild edema (HF, hepatic, renal)
- Nephrogenic diabetes insipidus
- Recurrent calcium nephrolithiasis
Adult Dosing
HTN
12.5-25 mg PO once daily morning
Max 50 mg/day
