Indications
- Neuropathic pain (diabetic neuropathy, post-herpetic)
- Partial seizures (adjunctive)
- Restless legs syndrome
- Fibromyalgia (off-label)
- Migraine prophylaxis (off-label)
Adult Dosing
Neuropathic pain
Day 1: 300mg HS. Day 2: 300mg BD. Day 3: 300mg TDS. Then titrate to 1800-3600 mg/day
Seizures (adjunctive)
Up to 3600 mg/day in 3 divided doses
