Adult Dosing
Acute spasm
40-80 mg PO TDS
Max 240 mg/day
Severe colic (IM/IV)
40-80 mg slow IV/IM, may repeat after 30 min
Dysmenorrhea
40-80 mg PO TDS during cycle days 1-3
