Adult Dosing
Most infections
100 mg PO BD
7-14 days
Acne (long-term)
100 mg PO once daily
6-12 weeks

7 days (afebrile + 3)

Start 1-2 days before travel, continue 4 weeks after return
Pediatric Dosing
AVOID in children <8 years (tooth staining). Use only if life-threatening rickettsial/Lyme infection.
