Indications

Nausea/vomiting
GERD with delayed gastric emptying
Functional dyspepsia
Post-chemotherapy/radiation nausea

Adult Dosing

Nausea

10 mg PO TDS, 15-30 min before meals

Max 7 days; max 30 mg/day per EMA

Maximum daily dose: 30 mg/day

Pediatric Dosing

Age Range: >12 years OR weight >35 kg

Dose: 0.25-0.5 mg/kg TDS

Max/day: 30 mg/day

EMA restricted use in <12y due to QT risk in 2014. Use with caution.
