- CAP (atypical coverage)
- Pharyngitis (PCN allergy)
- AOM
- H. pylori (in regimens)
- Mycobacterium avium prophylaxis (HIV)
Adult Dosing
Most infections
500 mg PO BD × 7-14 days
H. pylori
500 mg BD with amox 1g BD + PPI × 14 days
Pediatric Dosing
Age Range: >6 months
Dose: 15 mg/kg/day divided BD
Max/day: 1 g/day
