Indications
- Hypertension
- Stable angina (chronic)
- Vasospastic (Prinzmetal) angina
Adult Dosing
HTN/Angina
5 mg PO once daily; titrate to 10 mg after 1-2 weeks if needed
Max 10 mg/day
Elderly / hepatic impairment
Start 2.5 mg PO once daily
